Coffees from Guatemala

Our Guatemala lineup reflects three distinct direct-trade partnerships: Finca San Jerónimo Miramar, a regenerative farm inside a protected cloud forest above 1,100 meters; the San Miguel Escobar Cooperative near Antigua, a 30-farmer community we buy from through De la Gente; and small, single-farmer lots like Fredy Gonzalez's prize-winning microlot and La Armonía Hermosa. Elevation, volcanic soil, and processing method — washed, honey, or natural — all show up in the cup, from the floral, red-fruit brightness of a Gesha to the chocolate-and-citrus balance of a blend like Full Cycle. Because these are limited microlots tied to a single harvest, availability shifts throughout the year — when a lot sells out, it's genuinely gone until the next crop.
