What's Inside

Augusta's Organic Breakfast — a Certified Organic medium roast from the Chirinos cooperative in Cajamarca, Peru, with cherry, citrus and milk chocolate. Balanced enough for drip, press pot or espresso.
Brazil Decaf — medium roast from our family's farms in Brazil's Sul de Minas region, with marzipan, chocolate and mellow fruit. Decaffeinated by the Swiss Water® Process, which is 100% chemical-free, so the after-dinner cup tastes like the morning one.

Both are part of our Family Line, named for the people who shaped our coffee story. Our family has grown coffee in Brazil since 1890, and everything here is farm-direct — traceable to named farms and cooperatives, not a commodity lot. Founded in 1968 by 36 producers and now 867 members strong, Chirinos is a long-standing cooperative and a leader in Cajamarca, Peru, known for its agricultural ingenuity and reliability. The group has weathered decades of change and uncertainty, a testament to both the quality of their coffee and their ability to adapt. Coffee is hand-picked by co-op members and their families between 1,200 and 2,200 meters. Each producer group relies on an experienced agronomist for technical support in organic production and quality control, and members use strictly organic compost they make themselves using a unique system called "gaicashi." Chirinos is both Fair Trade and Organic certified.
