Puro-Caff Dairy Cleaner (32oz)

The dairy-system cleaner we use behind our own bars. Puro Caff breaks down the milk protein and fat that build up inside steam wands, auto-frother tubes and frothing pitchers — the residue you cannot scrub out by hand and can absolutely taste in the next latte.

Dilute 30 mL of cleaner per 500 mL of water, then soak or run it through according to your machine's instructions.

• 32 oz (1 litre) bottle with a dosing cap
• For steam wands, automatic frothers, frothing tubes and pitchers
• Dilution: 30 mL cleaner to 500 mL water
